The Fuerte Hills Unit members hail from all over San Diego, with our home based in the east county area. Many of us have been members for more than 25 years! Our annual fundraiser is Sweet Charity, which is held in late April, and has become a tradition in East County. After greeting our guests with mimosas, they move on to a silent auction, bridge and bunco games, and boutique. The luncheon and live auction follow, outside in the garden. Our monthly meetings are held on the third Friday of the month, September – June, in one of our member’s home. Our Unit is passionate about doing what we can to provide the best possible healthcare for children in San Diego County and around the globe. We work hard, and have a lot of fun doing it.
